Explosive device found in Ireland appears similar to thos

A “viable improvised explosive device” contained in a plastic envelope was found in

a postal collection center in Limerick, western Ireland, the Irish police said in a statement.

Police were alerted to a suspicious item shortly after 6 a.m. local time on Friday, authorities said in an earlier statem

ent. The army’s bomb disposal team arrived at the An Post’s collection center at 9:50 a.m. local time, where the package was found.

”On arrival a cordon was established and the building was evacuated for the duration of the operation. A viable impr

ovised explosive device contained in a plastic envelope was identified and made safe,” the Irish police statement said.

London’s Metropolitan Police is cooperating with the Irish police on these investigations, both forces

said in separate statements on Friday. group calling itself the IRA previously claimed responsibility for sending five packages cont

aining improvised explosive devices to the UK earlier in March, but British police said they had only recovered four.

On March 5, three devices were sent to major London transport hubs — Waterloo Stati

on and offices at Heathrow and City Airports — in what police said appeared to be part of a “linked series.”

The revelation that an extra pilot saved the plane the day

before the crash has never been reported before, according to Bloomberg.

Aviation analyst and editor in chief of Airlineratings.com, Geoffrey Thomas, said it was not unusual for off-duty pilots, known as dead heads, to fly in the cockpit of planes.

“It could well be that the flight is full and he needs to get back t

o Jakarta — so as long as he is authorized to do so — then it’s absolutely fine,” he said.

However, the presence of the third pilot in the cockpit did not appear in the National Tra

nsportation Safety Committee’s (KNKT) November preliminary report into the crash.

Thomas said this fact should have been reported “as you could argue that the pilot was a distraction or an assistance,” he said.

Then Trump claimed — wrongly — that the EU was unwillin

  Trump vs. his global counterparts

Trump’s comments on Brexit also illustrated the tendency of a Pre

sident who admires dictators to throw allied leaders under the bus.

He criticized Prime Minister Theresa May, whose credibility has been shredded by parliamentary defeats.

”She didn’t listen to that and that’s fine, I mean, she’s got to do what she’s got to do,” said Trump, who was forced into

a rare apology last year after hammering May’s Brexit strategy on the eve of meeting her in the UK.

driven breakthroughs. Although among the two, the Huawei

Mate X is more practical than Galaxy Fold because the latter is folded inward to lower the risk of br

More importantly, the “new” foldable smartphones are hardly of any pr

folding it so it has the size of an iPad, but that’s all. In plain words, the foldable display enables users to combine a tablet an

When touchable displays for smartphones was invented, they did not get popularized until certain apps that suit

Samsung Fold and Huawei Mate X are both foldable smartphones, but they differ greatly in terms of des

Five more lunar locations get Chinese nameson data

Five more geographical entities on the moon have been given Chinese names,

based on discoveries from China’s latest Chang’e 4 mission, according to a news conference on Friday.

The China National Space Administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Internatio

The five places are clearly shown on high-resolution images based on data from the Chang’e 2 and Chang’e 4 missions.

na may move more toward monetary easing, joining a group of other major economies prone to dovish policy typified by more accommodative measures that stimulate growth, analysts said.

This comes at a time when global central bank governors have become more concerned about an economic slowdown and put tightening measures on hold.

Central bankers in the United States, European Union, Japan and Oceania have had a change in

mood in the past month, given worries that a too tight monetary environment may not cushion the

ir economies from shocks from trade tensions, Brexit and financial vulnerabilities. They sounded the alarm ov

er global uncertainties after the International Monetary Fund downgraded its forecast of the world’s economic growth in January.

With bank governors delivering dovish speeches one after another, the Chinese mo

Sales of these vehicles would be banned after the respective deadlines, but owners could
